To proceed with this evaluation simply fill out the request form on the right or Call LASIK at SOUTHERN EYE at 901.877.4111 and speak to Kathy or Susan to schedule your appointment. During this evaluation we will perform an Oculus Pentacam Corneal Mapping and a Nidek Optical Path Difference Scan. There is no charge for this evaluation and you will be given a copy of your test results. If the test results show are a LASIK candidate then you are eligible for a free, comprehensive, dilated eye examination to assess the health of your eyes. Our doctors will perform the examination, assess your suitability for LASIK and discuss all your options. Based on their findings, Kathy will finalize your Fee, explain your financing options and if you desire, schedule your surgery with Dr. Schanzer. And your life will change forever.
